Mental Health Awareness Week 2024

The theme for Mental Health Awareness week 2024 was ‘Movement’ and how keeping active can help us to feel good.


Our school activities centred around Yoga and Tai Chi as forms of gentle exercise that all can participate in, to promote feelings of Wellbeing.  We learnt about these ancient forms of exercise, trying out different stretching movements ourselves. We also listened to meditative music and tried out some breathing exercises.
