Pupil Wellbeing Surveys
Regular Pupil Surveys are conducted across the school to gather pupil views about their Mental Health and Wellbeing. Questions have generally been posed using a yes / no format, focussed around topics such as:
- how pupils are feeling
- who they can talk to
- what makes them feel good
- how they like to spend their spare time
- what sort of foods they like to eat
- how they feel about school
More opened ended questions have asked pupils what they would like to see in school and what would make their lives better – we have had some really creative and interesting answers!
Where possible, pupil views have led to changes within school, one notable example being the introduction of our ‘Happiness Helpers’.
